Doesn’t the scent of sun screen always remind one of the last holiday and those beautiful places somewhere far away? Take that feeling home with you! All natural cosmetics from Soeder can be purchased at our 25hours things shop.

The rooms can be adjusted individually to the optimal temperature, in the panel by the entrance door. The temperature can be adjusted +/- 4° and the fan symbol controls the intensity of the ventilation. In case it feels like you’re looking at Ancient Egypt hieroglyphs, our reception team is always available to help.

The Kreafunk speakers are waiting for you. Just connect to them with your Bluetooth-enabled device and enjoy. Oh yeah: the speakers can be taken with you into the city, just as long as they are back in the room by the time you check out.

Did you forget your shopping or laptop bag? No problem! Just take the FREITAG or canvasco bag in your room. Interested in buying it? You can find these and other models downstairs in the 25hours things shop.

If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have a lie-in. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 2pm. If ever you want to be left in peace when you’re back home, you can buy the door hanger at the 25hours things shop.

In order to call another room, you can dial “5” + the room number you want to reach. For outbound calls, dial “0” first instead, however keep in mind that charges may apply. For any questions, our staff at the reception are happy to help.

You are always more than welcome to order food to the hotel, and we will call you whenever it’s ready for can pick up at the reception. In case you order from Tiger Lily, there’s a 12% discount on your order when you come and pick it up at the restaurant. To order, either call or use the QR code on the desk and you will get a notice when the food is ready for pick-up.

If our mattresses are too hard for you, just ask for a soft topper at the reception. We can also help you with allergy-friendly bedding. Keep in mind that these are limited and therefore dependent on availability.

Our minibars are free of charge. Looking for something else? Browse our 25hours things shop next to the reception for more drinks and snacks.

Whether you are going shopping downtown, for a trip along the harbour or for a picnic in the royal park — with our Schindelhauer bikes you can cycle your leisurely way through the Danish capital. Information on rental, various models and frame sizes is available at the reception. And to take your things with you, we lend FREITAG or canvasco bags in the rooms. Bikes are hired out on a first come, first served basis.

A lifesaver can be found on the ground floor next to the reception. Have you forgotten your socks? Or are you still looking for a gift that you can take home? The 25hours things shop is open 25/7 and offers local products as well as our shower gel, do-not-disturb door hangers, our mascot, the Cuddly Cod, the KREAFUNK Bluetooth speakers and the 25hours bed linen for sale. So off you go, browse away!

Are you training for your next marathon, or just want to take a turn around the block? Every day from 6am – 12 pm, terry cloth towels, handy maps of the neighbourhood with various jogging routes and water are available near the reception. So, off you go!

Blazing-fast internet is free of charge at 25hours. Just select the „25hours loves you“ WiFi network and the log-in page should load in your browser. Just accept the terms of use and you’re good to go!

A wake-up call is available upon request. Just let the reception know before you go to bed.

Is your smartphone or tablet empty and you don’t have time to load it? At the reception, there are free, mobile chargers and power banks that you can borrow. Keep in mind that a 150 DKK deposit is taken in case you decide to give it a new home.

The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available on our website.

Caught by the Copenhagen weather? No worries. We have umbrellas available for you at reception, free of charge but at a 150 DKK deposit. Just stop by and borrow one before heading out to explore the city — and please remember to return it so the next guest can stay dry too.

Want to charge your camera’s batteries but forgot a power converter on the top of the counter before leaving the house? At the reception, you can lend one free of charge. Keep in mind that a 150 DKK deposit is taken in case you decide to give it a new home.

Planning a refreshing dip in Copenhagen’s harbor or at the nearby beaches? You can borrow a swimming towel at reception against a 150 DKK deposit, which will of course be returned when the towel is brought back. During the warmer months, you’ll also find a swimming map and sunscreen at the water fountain from noon onwards, highlighting some of the best spots around the city for a swim.

If your hair could use a little extra care, simply stop by reception and ask for a portion of Soeder conditioner. We’ll be happy to provide it for you so you can enjoy the same natural care products used throughout the hotel.

Enjoy a cosy moment in your room with our coffee & tea tray, available upon request. We serve premium samova teas alongside smooth drip coffee from Caffè Musetti — perfect for a relaxed start to the day or a warm break whenever you like. Just let our team know, and we’ll gladly bring it up for you.

Clothing turned in at the reception before 9am will be returned clean to your room by 6pm on the same day. (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Price lists and laundry bags are available at the reception. Need ironing board and iron? Just give us a shout-out.
