On Sunday 8. March from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, Hack Shack at 25hours Hotel Paper Island hosts Self Care Sunday Soundbath: International Women’s Day Edition. A moment to pause, breathe and celebrate presence in a warm, inclusive space.
This event is a 115-minute guided soundbath designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your heart, body and mind. One minute for every year of International Women’s Day, created as an intentional offering of time, awareness and collective care.
Through immersive sound, gentle guidance and a custom-curated experience grounded in principles of neuroaesthetics, the session supports deep relaxation and restoration. As individual calm grows, so does collective energy, creating space for greater clarity, inclusivity and alignment with the values of equality.
Sound does not discriminate, and neither does this space. Everything is provided, and everyone is welcome. Come as you are, take your pause and leave feeling grounded, open and renewed.
