Our first guest at the table: Rumi
For more than twenty years, Rumi has been a Melbourne institution, celebrating Middle Eastern cooking with Lebanese roots and flavours that stretch from Beirut to Tehran. Together with chef Joseph Abboud and the Rumi team, we’ve created a special set menu that brings the best of both kitchens together.
Expect signature dishes from Rumi alongside The Palomar favourites, plus oysters and a cocktail on arrival, with an optional wine pairing curated by our Head Sommelier.
