Winemakers Dinner at Tiger Lily

An evening where wines from Domaine Paul Blanck are paired with a menu from Tiger Lily.

Join us on Friday, 29. May from 6.30pm to 8pm at Tiger Lily, 25hours Hotel Paper Island, as we welcome Philippe Blanck for a one-night-only experience. He will open bottles from his private cellar, including magnums and aged wines rarely poured outside the domaine, and guide you through each pairing.

This event is a curated wine dinner where each course is matched with selected Alsace wines. Expect Riesling, Pinot Gris and a sweet finale, all paired with Tiger Lilyโ€™s Asian-inspired dishes.

Seats are limited to keep the experience small and relaxed. Tickets are 700 DKK per person.
