You can set your room to the perfect temperature. The control unit is next to the bathroom door. Please note that we use underfloor heating, which means you won’t notice a difference in temperature for about two hours. Mobile devices available on request.

Your hotel room is equipped with a Kreafunk Bluetooth speaker. Simply connect your bluetooth enabled device to get boomed. If you want to get even more out of your Kreafunk, download the free Kreafunk app with alarm clock feature. And yes: do not hesitate to take the box out of your room — as long as it’s back when you check out. Of course, you can purchase the Kreafunk at our 25h things shop.

Forgotten your shopping bag or laptop case? No problem! Just use the FREITAG bag in your room. Want to buy one for yourself? It’s for sale down in the 25hours things shop along with other models.

To ring another room, just dial 2 and the three-digit room number (e.g. room 5 has the number 2005). For external calls, dial 0 first. You can find out the current cost of telephone calls from the reception.

There is a 12% pick-up discount for meals that are to be taken up to you room. You can simply place your order by calling 2222, and then pick it up form the restaurant on the ground floor a short time later. Fancy sushi or ramen soup? No problem. The reception can recommend a takeaway service nearby.

Fancy going shopping downtown, exploring Zurich West or having a picnic down by the lake of Zurich? The Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin around Zurich. Information about rental, different models and frame sizes is available at the reception. A map showing various cycling routes through the city is also thrown in. You can borrow the FREITAG bag from your room to put all your things in for the ride. Bikes are hired out on a first come, first served basis.

A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on the ground floor. Forgotten your toothpaste? Looking for a souvenir? The 25h things shop is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hangers, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away!

The sauna sits majestically on the top floor like an eagle’s nest. Thanks to the imposing view over the Gleisfeld sea of railway tracks, doing a spot of trainspotting in this urban playroom between sweating and relaxing is great fun. You’ll be given a sauna bag containing shoes and bath robes.

Anyone wanting to break a sweat is welcome to let off some steam on the fitness equipment. You’ll find them next to the sauna and they can be used 25 hours a day.

Blazing-fast internet is free of charge at 25hours. The registration screen should pop up in your normal browser — just accept the terms and conditions and off you go.

We can give you a wake-up call whenever you like! Just let the reception know before you go to sleep or use the Kreafunk to play your own music to wake you up.

The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the kiosk or reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available on our website.

Whether rain or shine, you needn’t be stuck indoors: just ask at the reception and we’ll lend you an umbrella. For 20 CHF you can take it home with you too.

Clothing that is handed in at the reception before 9am will be laundered that day by 7pm from Monday to Friday. For price list and a laundry bag as well as iron and/or ironing board, just ask at the reception.

Phone running low or tablet out of juice? No worries! We‘ve got adapters and charging cables ready for you at the reception, plus mobile chargers available to borrow — free of charge, of course. Just swing by and power up.

Need an extra blanket? Or perhaps a different pillow for the perfect night’s sleep? We have various types to choose from. Just let us know at the reception, and we’ll take care of it!

The Maxibar is the 25/7 hotspot in the lobby! Enjoy everything from an energizing coffee in the morning to refreshing drinks in the evening, available around the clock. For a quick bite, there’s a selection of fresh snacks, perfect for when you need a little something. Relax in the laid-back atmosphere and savor our delicious offerings.
