Arrival & Departure
Check-in / check-out
Our rooms are available from 3pm on the day you arrive until 12pm on your departure day. If you need a little more sleep, just ask for a late check-out at the reception the day before. The reception is staffed 25 hours a day.
Guest feedback
How did we do? We’re always happy to receive feedback, either in person or online (for example on tripadvisor.com or booking.com). Your review isn’t just useful for us, but also helps future guests choose their hotel. If anything went wrong or needs repairing urgently, you can also email our general manager at gm.wien@25hours-hotels.com.
Airport transfer
Vienna Schwechat Airport is located about 20 km from Vienna. The airport shuttle will take about 30 minutes (price: EUR 49). Please let us know in advance if you’d like us to order one for you. Going by train takes about 45 minutes and involves one change: just take the U3 underground train (towards Simmering) to Landstrasse Wien-Mitte station. From there, take the City Airport Train (CAT), which gets you to the airport in 16 minutes (price: EUR 2.60 for the underground and EUR 14.90 for the CAT).
Parking
Parking on the street is not advisable. We have our own car park — upon availability — and further parking spaces in the nearby Schmerlingplatz garage. You can purchase discounted tickets for EUR 39 a day from our reception. For more information contact reception.
Public transport
Vienna has a comprehensive network of underground trains, buses and trams. Admittedly it’s not always that easy to find the right platform or stop, but once you’ve figured it out, you’ll be at your destination in no time. You can buy tickets at all underground stations using the touchscreen machines. A single trip costs around EUR 2.60, and a day ticket at EUR 8 is worth buying for three journeys or more.
Fiaker
Now it’s getting romantic: an elegant carriage for two, a coachman with a bowler hat and two gorgeous horses. The horses and carriages are only allowed to travel in certain parts of Vienna and so unfortunately can’t come directly to the hotel. Just hail one of the countless Fiaker by St Stephan’s Cathedral or Hofburg Palace instead.

Heating and air conditioning
The rooms can be individually set to the perfect temperature. The control unit is self-explanatory: the blower strength can be adjusted at the top and the temperature can be set at the bottom using the regulator. Please keep in mind that the system can only start if all windows are closed. The setting AUTO is highly recommended.
Music
Your hotel room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. Simply connect your Bluetooth enabled device.
And yes: do not hesitate to take it out.
The bag in your room
Forgotten your shopping bag or laptop case? No problem! Just use the FREITAG bag in your room. Want to buy one for yourself? It’s for sale down in the kiosk along with other models.
Privacy
If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have a lie-in. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 2pm. If ever you want to be left in peace when you’re back home, you can buy the door hanger at the kiosk.
Telephone
To ring another room, just dial the three-digit room number. For external calls, dial 0 first. You can find out the current cost of telephone calls from the reception.
Eating and drinking in the room
There is a 12% pick-up discount for meals that are to be taken up to your room. You can simply place your order by calling 845, and then pick it up from RIBELLI a short time later. Fancy some Asian food or a kebab? No problem. The reception can recommend a take-away service nearby.

RIBELLI
RIBELLI is upbeat, loud and lively. Cucina Popolare promises great food made from carefully selected ingredients, with no exceptions. Neapolitan-style pizza, oven-based dishes alla mamma and antipasti from the salumeria are at the heart of this rebellious cuisine. RIBELLI is the perfect place to kick-off an after-work get together or enjoy dinner with your loved ones in an authentic Italian atmosphere.

Afternoon meals: from 3pm to 6pm we serve pizza and our Salumeria delicatessen selection.
Drinks are available until midnight, but kitchen close at 10.30pm.

Kvetch Burger Truck
Our burgertruck sits right there where chill meets city — at the edge of Weghuberpark, between urban buzz and green calm.
No flimsy patties here — these are Kvetch’d Smash Burgers. Patties are smashed fresh on a hot griddle — crispy crust on the outside, juicy and rich in flavor inside.
We only use top-quality ingredients — good taste doesn’t need gimmicks. Whether you’re strolling through the park or sneaking in a late-night bite, this is an honest burger that fills you up and makes you smile.

Der Dachboden
Our Dachboden is our second living room, hotel bar, lounge and a relaxed meeting place with a magnificent view. The lounge can be used for reading, working, chatting and relaxing. Every Wednesday and Friday, either a DJ puts some tunes on or a band drops by with some live music to liven the mood. As a hotel guest, you enjoy privileged, express access. Just use your room key in the hotel lift to take you up to the eighth floor!

Bikes
Fancy going shopping in the city, riding round the Ring Road or having a picnic on the Danube Island? The Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin around the home of Sissi and Sacher cake. Information about rental, different models and frame sizes is available at the reception. A map showing various cycling routes through the city is also complimentary. You can borrow the FREITAG bag from your room to put all your things in for the ride.
Bikes are hired out on a first come, first served basis.
25hours things shop
A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on the ground floor. Forgotten your toothpaste? Looking for a souvenir? The kiosk is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hangers, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away! No plans yet? Our concierge can help you change that.
Mermaid’s Cave
The use of the Mermaid’s Cave sauna and gym area in the basement is free-of-charge. Help yourself at the samova tea station. It’s complimentary, of course.
Daily 7am – 11pm.
A sauna bag with bathrobe and slippers is available at reception.

Training for the next marathon or just need a quick run around the block? Towels, water and maps of the local area with various jogging routes are available in the lobby every day from 6am to 12pm. On your marks, get set, go!
Internet
Blazing-fast internet is free of charge at 25hours. The registration screen should pop up in your normal browser — just accept the terms and conditions and off you go. Get free mobile hotspot at reception.
Wake-up call
We can give you a wake-up call whenever you like! Just let the reception know before you go to sleep or use the UE Boom Bluetooth speaker to play your own music to wake you up.
25hours vouchers
The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the kiosk or reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available in the online shop.
Umbrella
Whether rain or shine, you don’t need to be stuck indoors: just ask at the reception and we’ll lend you an umbrella. For EUR 15 you can take it home with you too.
Laundry
Clothing that is handed in at the reception before 9am will be laundered that day by 7pm (Weekends and public holidays no service). Price list and laundry bag are available at the reception, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Practical info
Evacuation
If there is an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions given by the hotel staff. You can find the escape plan on the door of your room. Please make your way to the assembly point using the most direct route. The assembly point is the play area in Weghuberpark in front of the main entrance.
Vienna water
Tap water in Vienna is pure spring water from high up in the Rax mountains and can be enjoyed without a second thought.
Smoking
Our hotel is a no-smoking zone. Anyone found to have been smoking in their room will be charged EUR 150 for additional cleaning.
