A set menu built around some Palomar favourites, including our Cucumber salad, Chicken Schnitzel, and grilled Southern Calamari, all made for sharing. Designed to be enjoyed together around the table, the menu highlights some of the dishes our guests return for time and time again.

Available Thursday to Saturday from 12pm, the AUD 70pp lunch menu is offered for a minimum of two guests — a simple way to settle in and experience some of the flavours that define The Palomar.
