How do I find the hotel?

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?

Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but the City of Paris levies an additional accommodation tax, which must be settled on departure. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 are exempt from paying the accommodation tax

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

There are two lifts at the hotel. Most of our rooms are accessible by lift. Please contact us in advance if you require guaranteed barrier-free access to your room.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

No, the hotel unfortunately does not have its own gym. We recommend the Cercle de la Forme, just around the corner.

Are there rooms with a connecting door?

Yes, there are several rooms with a connecting door. The best way to book one of these rooms is to contact our reservations department directly by telephone or email. Contact details can be found on the hotel website.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted outside the main entrance and on the room balconies.

Is laundry service available at the hotel?

Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 7pm the same day (except weekends and public holidays). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with irons and/or ironing boards.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?

We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.

Is there a bicycle rental service?

A selection of sporty bicycles are available to rent from reception. The bikes are rented out on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Reservations are not possible. Information about the various models, sizes and prices can be obtained at reception.

Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?

Tea and coffee making equipment is available in rooms in the Extra Large and Extra Large Plus categories.

Where and when is breakfast served?

We serve breakfast in the NENI restaurant on the 1st floor daily from 7am to 10.30am.

How do I book a table at the restaurant?

Bookings can be made directly online or by telephone. Contact details and a link to the online reservation system can be found on the restaurant website

Can I book a table at the bar?

We don’t take reservations at the Sape Bar. First come, first served.
