Check-in / check-out

Our rooms are available for check-in from 3pm and check-out is at 12pm. If you need a little more sleep, just ask for a late check-out at reception the day before. The reception is staffed 25 hours a day.

Guest feedback

How did we do? We’re always happy to receive feedback, either in person or online (for example on Google or Tripadvisor). Your review isn’t just useful for us, but also helps future guests choose their hotel. If anything went wrong or needs repairing urgently, you can also email our general manager at gm.langstrasse@25hours-hotels.com.

Airport transfer

Guests can take public transport from the hotel. The journey lasts around 30 minutes. Simply exit the hotel, turn left and follow Europaallee down to Zurich Central Station. Alternatively you can take the bus number 31 toward Hegibachplatz from the Militär/Langstrasse stop. Remain on the bus for 4 stops, and then alight at Bahnhofsplatz/Central Station. There are regular train services from Zurich Central Station to Zurich Airport. Contact reception for an exact schedule.

Parking

Parking on the street is not advised. Guests can leave their vehicles in the underground car park for CHF 39 per day — depending on availability. There are additional parking facilities close by at City Parking, Gessnerallee 14. You can validate your ticket for the special daily rate of CHF 35 here at the reception.

Public transport

Zurich has a comprehensive network of trains, buses and trams. You can buy tickets at all stations using the touchscreen machines.

In the room

Soeder

Our handcrafted Soeder soaps from Zurich pamper you with 100% natural ingredients and stylish design. Enjoy them during your stay — and take them home from the 25hours things shop.

Music

Your hotel room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. Simply connect it to a Bluetooth-enabled device and enjoy the surround sound. By the way: you are welcome to take the speaker with you wherever you go — as long as it is back in your room when you check out.

The bag in your room

Forgotten your shopping bag or laptop case? No problem! Just use the FREITAG bag in your room. Want to buy one for yourself? It’s for sale down in the kiosk along with other models.

Privacy

If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have your well deserved privacy. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 8pm. If ever you want to be left in peace when you’re back home, you can buy the door hanger at the kiosk.

Telephone

To ring another room, just dial 5 and the three-digit room number (e.g. room 117 has the number 5117). For external calls, dial 0 first. You can find out the current cost of telephone calls from the reception.

Eating and drinking in the room

There is a 12% pick-up discount for meals that are to be taken up to your room. You can simply place your order by calling 5005, and then pick it up from the NENI restaurant on the ground floor a short time later. Fancy spaghetti or pizza? No problem. The reception can recommend a takeaway service nearby.

NENI Zürich

The Middle East meets Zurich. NENI is a culinary mosaic of Persian, Russian, Arab, Moroccan, Israeli, Turkish, Spanish, German and Austrian influences. Sharing the dishes is a vital part of the Molcho family’s kitchen concept. Reflecting the overall style of 25hours, the service is informal and personal.

Cinchona Bar

The Cinchona Bar is a cosy living room with an open fireplace, a great spot for a coffee, a place to work or the right location for an aperitif, depending on the time of day. At night it morphs into a stage to meet, greetand for relaxing moments. It’s an unusual venue with a laid-back style. The bar serves highballs — small and simple drinks, mixed from the best ingredients. Just perfect to sample different flavours and to discover your favourite.

Good morning! A generous breakfast buffet is served in the NENI for CHF 36 per person.

Services & Extras

Bikes

Fancy going shopping in the city, riding around Lake Zurich or having a picnic at the Limmat? The Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin around Zurich. Information about rental, different models and frame sizes is available at the reception. A map showing various cycling routes through the city is also thrown in. You can borrow the FREITAG bag from your room to put all your things in for the ride. Bikes are hired out on afirst come, first served basis.

25hours things shop

A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on theground floor. Forgotten your toothpaste? Looking for a souvenir? The kiosk is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hangers, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away!

Trainspotting Sauna

The windows of the Trainspotting sauna on the 7th floor command a spectacular view of the tracks, with trains trundling in and out of Zurich Central Station. Exciting vistas are guaranteed. There is an inviting rest zoneto relax and an outside area with sunbeds. A sauna bag with slippers and a bathrobe are available from reception.

Gym

Anyone wanting to break a sweat is welcome to let off some steam on the fitness equipment. You’ll find them by the sauna and they can be used at any time. Please ask at the front office for the access. If you require more sports equipment, please ask our reception staff.

Planning a surprise party? Need to read your team the Riot Act? Presenting the new hand-held vacuum to potential customers? Whatever the occasion, our hotel has rooms of various sizes all over the hotel available for your purposes.

Workstation

Two iMac stations are available on the first floor for doing work, printing or just surfing the net — all free of charge, of course.

Jogging corner

Training for the next marathon or just need a quick run round the block? Towels, water and maps of the local area with various jogging routes are available in the lobby every day from 6 am to 12 pm. On your marks, get set, go!

Internet

Blazing-fast Internet is free of charge at 25hours. The network name is “25hours loves you”. The registration screen should pop up in your normal browser — just accept the terms and conditions and off you go.

Power bank

Your smartphone or tablet is out of battery and you have no time to charge it in your room? Rent a free-of-charge power bank at reception.

Wake-up call

We can give you a wake-up call whenever you like! Just let the reception know before you go to sleep.

25hours vouchers

The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the 25hours things shop or reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available on our website.

Umbrella

Whether rain or shine, you needn’t be stuck indoors: just ask at the reception and we’ll lend you an umbrella. For CHF 20 you can take it home with you too.

Laundry

Clothing that is handed in at the reception before 9am will be laundered that day by 7pm (except on weekends and bank holidays). For price list and a laundry bag as well as iron and/or ironing board, just ask at the reception.

Scooter

For short distances on wheels our Micro Scooters are ready for you at reception, free of charge. First come — first served.

EV charging

Need to charge your car? Just ask at the reception.

Practical Info

Evacuation

If there is an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions given by the hotel staff. You can find the escape plan on the door of your room. Please make your way to the assembly point using the most direct route. The assembly point is on the forecourt of the hotel.

Zurich tap water

Tap water in Zurich can be enjoyed without a second thought.

Smoking

Our hotel is a no-smoking zone. Anyone found to have been smoking in their room will be a minimum of CHF 150 for additional cleaning.
