Before Arrival
How do I find the hotel?
The address is: Papirøen 1, 1436 Copenhagen, If you are arriving by public transport – the bus 2A goes directly to Christianshavn metro St. Line M2 (Airport & City Center).
Or walk to Kongens Nytorv (City Center) (1 km, walking time approx. 14 min).
Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?
You can load and unload quickly in front of the hotel (main entrance) – but its easier to access the hotel directly from the parking in the basement with the elevator.
Where can I park?
25hours Hotel Paper Island has 10 parking spots in the basement. First come, first served. Hotel guests can purchase discounted 24-hour tickets at the reception for DKK 350. Tiger Lily, Nomad Day Bar and Victory Public House guests please use the parking apps in the parking garage (hourly rate DKK 35).
During your stay
Is there a sauna?
There is no sauna at the hotel.
Is there an elevator at the hotel?
There are a number of elevators at the hotel. The restaurants Tiger Lily, Nomad Day Bar and meeting spaces are located on the ground floor of the hotel.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
There is no gym at the hotel. Guests have the possibility to buy a day pass for only 69kr per day at the PureGym including all classes (pilates & yoga). You can find the classes here. In order to buy a day pass, guests have to go to the pure gym reception in person. Their reception is staffed Mon – Fri 10am – 7pm & Sat + Sun 9am – 12pm. Guests can of course stay inside of the gym when the reception is not present. The gym opening times are daily from 5am – 12am. Please note, the gym does not have a sauna.

Are there rooms with a connecting door?
There are a few rooms with connecting doors.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is only allowed outside and in the garden.
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Laundry left at reception before 10am will be returned by 10.30am the following day (except on weekends and public holidays). Price lists and laundry bags are available on request at reception.
Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We are happy to store your luggage safely at reception on the day of arrival until your room is ready for occupancy or after check-out until your departure.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
The urban speedsters from Berlin-based manufacturer Schindelhauer Bikes are available for tours in the city and the surrounding area. Our fleet includes both organic and e-bikes. The bikes are rented out on a first-come-first-served basis. All information on models, frame sizes and prices is available at reception. A bike map curated by bike experts with recommended tours is included free of charge.
In the Large category rooms, a bicycle is part of the room equipment and is available free of charge during your stay. We also offer Christiana bikes where you can fit 2 people.
Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?
All of our L and XL rooms are equipped with a coffee and tea station. For all other categories it can be ordered free of charge/complimentary.
Can I pay in cash?
In addition to payment by credit or debit card, we also accept Danish kroner in cash. We cannot accept any other currency in cash.
Good to know: in Denmark we pay everything by card – so cash is not really necessary.
Food & Drinks
Where and when is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served at our restaurant Tiger Lily. Mon – Fri 6.30 – 10.30am and Sat + Sun 7am – 11am.
How do I book a table at the restaurant?
The restaurant Tiger Lily is usually very busy. We recommend that you reserve a table in advance. You can book a table online here.
