Check-in / check-out

Our rooms are available for check-in from 3pm and check-out is at 12pm. If you need a little more sleep, just ask for a late check-out at reception the day before. The reception is staffed 25 hours a day.

Guest feedback

How did we do? We’re always happy to receive feedback, either in person or online (for example on tripadvisor.com or holidaycheck.com). Your review isn’t just useful for us, but also helps future guests choose their hotel. If anything went wrong or needs repairing urgently, you can also email our general manager at (gm.dastour@25hours-hotels.com).

Airport transfer

Düsseldorf Airport is situated approximately 11km from the hotel. Travelling by S-Bahn takes around 10 minutes (price EUR 2.90). Travelling by taxi takes around 15 minutes (price approx. EUR 25). Simply take the S11 (Destination Airport Terminal) from Wehrhahn. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to order a taxi for you.

Public transport

Düsseldorf has a dense network of underground trains, buses and trams. Tickets can be purchased at machines in every underground station. A single journey costs around EUR 2.90. A day ticket costing EUR 7 pays for itself after just three journeys.

Parking

To access the underground car park, use the underground car park entrance of the Saatchi & Saatchi advertising agency which is situated at Louis-Pasteur-Platz 3. There is a lift to the hotel from the underground car park. Open 24 /7. You can purchase tickets for the special daily rate of EUR 21 at reception.

Doesn’t the scent of sun screen always remind one of the last holiday and those beautiful places somewhere far away? Take that feeling home with you! All natural cosmetics from Soeder can be purchased at our 25hours things shop.

Heating and air conditioning

You can personalise your room’s heating settings to attain the optimal temperature. The control unit is self-explanatory; at the top, you can regulate the airflow, and the dial below allows you to set the desired temperature. Please ensure that all windows are closed.

Music

Your hotel room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. Simply connect it to a Bluetooth-enabled device and enjoy the surround sound. By the way: you are welcome to take the speaker with you wherever you go — as long as it is back in your room when you check out.

The bag in your room

Forgotten your shopping bag or laptop case? No problem! Just use the canvasco bag in your room. Want to buy one for yourself? They are for sale down in the kiosk along with other models.

Privacy

If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have your well deserved privacy. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 2pm. If ever you want to be left in peace when you’re back home, you can buy the door hanger at the 25hours things shop.

Telephone

To ring another room, just dial the three-digit room number. For external calls, dial 0 first. You can find out the current cost of telephone calls from the reception.

Eating and drinking in the room

Selected meals and drinks from our restaurant can be taken to your room. In addition, there is a 12% discount for self-pickup. An order can simply be placed by telephone on 0561 and picked up a short time later in the restaurant on the 16th floor. Fancy something Asian or kebab? Also no problem, then we recommend a delivery service from the surrounding area at the reception.

The Paris Club

Lovers of French cuisine will have a real treat in the restaurant on the 16th floor. On the menu are authentic French classics such as bouillabaisse, but also shellfish and crustaceans, as well as meat and fish dishes in varying portion sizes. The bar on the 17th floor exclusively serves French spirits. Even classics, such as the Manhattan, Old Fashioned or Negroni, have been “Frenchified” at The Paris Club, and are prepared with French gin, whiskey, cognac, etc.

Those in a hurry can also get a grab & go breakfast for EUR 5 per person at the Café La Tour on the ground floor.

Bikes

Fancy going shopping downtown, exploring the Hofgarten or having a picnic down by the River Rhine? The Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin around Düsseldorf. Information about rental, different models and frame sizes is available at the reception. A map showing various cycling routes through the city is also thrown in. You can borrow the canvasco bag from your room to put all your things in for the ride.

Bikes are hired out on a first come, first served basis.

25hours things shop

A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on theground floor. Forgotten your toothpaste? Looking for a souvenir? The kiosk is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hanger, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away!

Sauna & Gym

The use of sauna and gym located on the 14th floor is free of charge throughout your stay – including the samova tea station. A sauna bag with slippers and a bathrobe is available from reception. If the hotel’s fitness facilities are not enough for you, we recommend the EVO Le Flair fitness centre on Marc-Chagall Straße. 25hours guests have free access to its facilities. More information is available at reception.

Jogging corner

Training for the next marathon or just need a quick run round the block? Towels, water and maps of the local area with various jogging routes are available in the lobby every day from 5 am to 10.30am. On your marks, get set, go!

Internet

Blazing-fast internet is free of charge at 25hours. The registration screen should pop up in your normal browser — just accept the terms and conditions and off you go. Get free mobile hotspot at reception.

Wake-up call

We can give you a wake-up call whenever you like! Just let the reception know before you go to sleep or use the UE Boom app to play your own music to wake you up.

25hours vouchers

The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available on our website.

Umbrella

Rain makes things beautiful. Just in case you would prefer to stay dry when it rains, you are welcome to borrow an umbrella from reception. For EUR 14.90 you can take it home with you.

Laundry

Clothing that is handed in at the reception before 9am will be laundered that day by 6pm (Saturday with 50% Impact). For price list and a laundry bag as well as iron and/or ironing board, just ask at the reception.

Evacuation

If there is an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions given by the hotel staff. You can find the escape plan on the door of your room. Please make your way to the assembly point using the most direct route. The assembly point is behind the hotel at the park.

Düsseldorf tap water

Tap water in Düsseldorf can be enjoyed without a second thought.

Smoking

Our hotel is a no-smoking zone. Anyone found to have been smoking in their room will be charged EUR 150 for additional cleaning.
