Check-in / check-out
Our rooms are available for check-in from 3pm and check-out is at 12pm. Guests who booked directly can check in from 2pm and enjoy a late check-out at 1pm.
Airport transfer
If you need an airport transfer, our Guest Service Team can help. They can arrange taxis or private chauffeurs to suit your preference. Kingsford Smith International Airport is just a 14-minute drive, or around 28 minutes by public transport.
Parking
There is no parking onsite at 25hours Hotel The Olympia. We recommend arriving by uber, taxi or public transport. Should you wish to drive, you can park your car at one of the neighbouring carparks external to the hotel and a short walk away.

Public transport
Public transport is easily accessible from the hotel, with frequent services to the CBD. Here are the main routes to get you to some of Sydney’s top spots:
- The 333 bus leads to Bondi Beach/Circular Quay.
- The 440 bus leads to Central Station, Sydney’s main hub with connections across the city.
- To reach the airport by train, take the T8 line from Museum Station or Central Station.

Heating and air conditioning
Each guest room has air conditioning and heating, which can be adjusted to your preferred temperature.
Music
Your hotel room is equipped with a Kreafunk speaker. By the way: you are welcome to take the speaker with you wherever you go — as long as it is back in your room when you check out.
The bag in your room
Forgotten your shopping bag or laptop case? No problem! Just use the bag in your room. Want to buy one for yourself? You are able to purchase one downstairs at the 25h things shop.
Privacy
If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have your well deserved privacy.

Monica Rooftop
Atop The Olympia is Monica, a rooftop bar with unique views of Paddington and Sydney. Take in the views and enjoy share-style plates and drinks against a laidback yet buzzy atmosphere.

Jacob the Angel
Jacob the Angel brings the charm of a London cafe to the heart of Sydney. A place to connect and fuel up with a coffee, breakfast or light bite throughout the day.

The Mulwray
The Mulwray, named after Evelyn Mulwray is a neighbourhood cocktail and wine bar serving expertly made classic cocktails alongisde a 100-bin wine list.

25hours things shop
A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on the ground floor. Forgotten your toothpaste? Looking for a souvenir? The kiosk is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hangers, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away!
Sauna
There is no sauna at the hotel. If you’d like to enjoy a sauna in Sydney, we recommend True Float nearby in Paddington, or Nimbus Co and Slow House in Bondi.
Gym
The hotel does not have a gym, but Oxford Street is home to a variety of fitness options. Flow Athletic is just a 5-minute walk away, and 25hours Hotel The Olympia guests can enjoy a complimentary class during their stay. The studio is located at Level 1, 134 Oxford St, Paddington.

Blazing-fast internet for surfing the web or making video calls is free of charge at 25hours.
Wake-up call
We can give you a wake-up call whenever you like! Just let the Guest Services team know before you go to sleep.
Umbrella
Rain makes things beautiful. If you prefer to stay dry in bad weather, you can borrow an umbrella from reception.
Laundry
Clothing that is handed in at the reception by 7am will be laundered and brought back to your room that day by 6pm. Price list and laundry bag are available within your room, as well as a steamer. An iron and ironing board is also available on request.
Practical Info
Evacuation
If there is an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions given by the hotel staff. You can find the escape plan on the door of your room. Please make your way to the assembly point using the most direct route. The assembly point is at the main entrance on the ground floor.
Sydney tap water
Tap water in Sydney can be enjoyed without a second thought.
Smoking
Our hotel is a no-smoking zone. Guests can incur a cleaning fee from $300 for smoking within guestrooms.
