For one week only, Berlin’s renowned Hafenküche is bringing its bold flavors and creative take on Berlin cuisine to Nomad Day Bar at Paper Island. From March 18th to 23rd, our space transforms into a vibrant pop-up restaurant, offering a specially curated menu designed for sharing, featuring a mix of Berlin classics with a modern twist.

This is your chance to experience the best of Berlin’s casual fine dining scene, right in the heart of Copenhagen.

A Taste of Berlin – The Hafenküche Pop-Up Menu

Crafted by Michelin-experienced chefs Frederik Grieb & Mathias Brandweiner, the menu celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients with bold flavors and unexpected pairings. Dishes include:

  • Berlin Fried Chicken with rhubarb hot sauce and Spreewald gherkin
  • Berlin Döner with fried oyster mushrooms, spicy sauce, and yogurt
  • Trout Tartar with Berliner Weisse, woodruff, and jalapeño
  • Burnt Cabbage with Berlin miso, parsley, and hazelnut
  • Hot Duck with spicy mayo, red cabbage, and red onion
  • Plänterwälder Dumpling with brown butter and alpine cheese

Pair your meal with a Berlin-style drink selection, featuring hand-picked wines from Germany, Austria and France, plus Hafenküche’s house favorites, including Berliner Weisse and ODE Spritz.
