Expect a social afternoon with a warm drink and time to connect, followed by a 75-minute guided sauna gus session.
The afternoon starts with a cosy get-together before heading to the sauna. The guided session combines aromatherapy, breathwork, music and heat, with fresh-air breaks and optional cold dips between rounds.
Your ticket includes the guided sauna gus, access to the wellness facilities, a warm drink, snacks and tea.
