The rooms can be adjusted to individually to the optimal temperature. The operation is self-explanatory. However, if you need help, our reception team is always available.

The Kreafunk speakers are waiting for you. Just connect to them with your Bluetooth-enabled device and enjoy. Oh yeah: the speakers can be taken with you into the city, just as long as they are back in the room by the time you check out.

Did you forget your shopping or laptop bag? No problem! Just take the FREITAG or canvasco bag in your room. Interested in buying it? You can find these and other models downstairs in the 25h things shop.

When the “Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging on your door, we will let you sleep in. Please note that your room will only be cleaned upon request, which is naturally done free of charge once per day. Just let the reception know by noon of that day.

In order to call another room, you can dial the 5-digital room number directly. For outbound calls, dial 0 first, and there may be charges. For any questions, our staff at the reception are happy to help.

If you order takeaway food from the NENI restaurant to your room, you will receive a 12% pick-up discount. You can simply order by phone at NENI and pick up your food a short time later in the restaurant on the ground floor. Hungry for pizza or Indian food? No problem. We can recommend a delivery service from the surrounding area at the reception.

Early bird or late riser? Sometimes you need a hot drink to start the day. A free coffee & tea set-up for the room is available at the reception. Life´s too short for shitty coffee.

If our mattresses are too hard for you, just ask for a soft topper at the reception. We can also help you with allergy-friendly bedding.

Our minibars are free of charge. Looking for something else? Browse our 25hours things shop next to the reception for more drinks and snacks.

Whether you are going shopping downtown, for a trip along the harbour or for a picnic in the royal park — with our Schindelhauer bikes you can cycle your leisurely way through the Danish capital. Information on rental, various models and frame sizes is available at the reception. And to take your things with you, we lend FREITAG or canvasco bags in the rooms. Bikes are hired out on a first come, first served basis.

Next to the reception, you’ll find salvation in times of need. Did you forget your socks? Or are your still looking for a gift to take home with you? Open 25/7, alongside local products, the tuckshop also offers our shower gel, door hangers, stuffed animals and bedding to purchase. Go ahead, have a look! Did you fall in love with the music in the room or want to be left alone every now and then at home? You can find the Kreafunk speakers or our do not disturb doorhanger here, too.

The use of the fitness, sauna and rest areas on the first floor is free of charge. The sauna is open daily from 10am – 10pm. The sauna bag with slippers and a bathrobe is available at the reception. The gym is open 25/7.

Blazing-fast internet is free of charge at 25hours. Just select the „25hours loves you“ WiFi network and the log-in page should load in your browser. Just accept the terms of use and you‘re good to go!

A wake-up call is available upon request. Just let the reception know before you go to bed.

Is your smartphone or tablet empty and you don’t have time to load it? At the reception, there are free, mobile chargers and power banks that you can borrow.

The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available on our website.

Rain is a great beautician, and pretty common in Copenhagen. But if you’d prefer to stay dry in bad weather, you can borrow an umbrella at the reception. You can also take it home with you for DKK 200.

Clothing turned in at the reception before 9 am will be returned clean to your room by 6pm on the same day (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Price lists and laundry bags are available upon request from the staff at the reception. Need ironing board and iron? Just give us a shout-out.
