The rooms can be individually set to the perfect temperature. The control unit is self-explanatory: Switch it on at the top left. Press the button several times to regulate the blower strength (If you choose setting A, the unit will switch itself off automatically when desired temperature is reached) and use the arrow buttons to set the right temperature.

Your hotel room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. Simply connect your Bluetooth enabled device to get boomed. And yes: do not hesitate to take it out.

If the ‘Do not disturb’ sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have a lie-in. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 2pm. There is a 12% pick-up discount for meals and drinks that are to be taken up to your room. Please place your order in NENI Berlin by ringing 106 and pick it up a short time later. Fancy some Asian food or a kebab? No problem. The reception can recommend a takeaway service nearby.

During a longer stay, both is changed every three days — for the sake of the environment.

Fancy going shopping in Berlin Mitte, riding round the Tiergarten park or having a picnic on the Spree? The Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin around the German capital. Information about rental, different models and frame sizes is available at the reception. A map showing various cycling routes through the city is also thrown in. You can borrow the FREITAG or canvasco bag from your room to put all your things in for the ride.

A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on the ground floor. Forgotten your toothpaste? Looking for a souvenir? The kiosk is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hangers, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away!

Exhausted bodies can find peace and relaxation in the Jungle sauna on the 9th floor. From here you can watch the monkeys in the zoo as if you were sitting in a loge. For a deposit you can hire the sauna sack from the reception, which contains shoes and bath robes, etc.

The 25hours voucher cards in various designs can be loaded with any value and are redeemable in all 25hours hotels and participating restaurants and bars. Just ask at the kiosk or reception. Print-at-home vouchers are available on our website.

Whether rain or shine, you needn’t be stuck indoors: just ask at the reception and we’ll lend you an umbrella.

Clothing that is handed in at the reception before 9am will be laundered that day by 7pm (except on weekends and bank holidays). For price list and a laundry bag as well as iron and/or ironing board, just ask at the reception.
