This sound session featuring crystal bowls (and other instruments), led and guided by Studio Normasté, is designed to calm your nervous system and remind your body what true relaxation feels like. Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and restorative 90-minute sound experience that calms your nervous system, opens your heart and reconnects you with yourself. In an exclusive setting, the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls act directly on your body – as vibrations spread particularly effectively through the water-rich organism. A sound bath is therefore a melodious combination of science and magic – a wonderful respite for body, mind and soul.
No prior experience is required. If you like, please feel free to bring thick socks. Places are strictly limited.
