The CHOCOVERSUM in Hamburg is a chocolate museum that teaches the history and making of chocolate on a 90-minute tour. Visitors learn that there are over 600 varieties of cocoa and learn a lot about the production process. The highlight of the tour is the chocolate workshop, where guests can create their own chocolate bar. The shop offers innovative products and cosmetics in addition to chocolate. The museum attracts around 200,000 visitors a year and is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Kontorhaus district.
