Our rooms are available from 3pm on the day you arrive until 12pm (noon) on your departure day. If you need a little more sleep, just ask for a late check-out at the reception the day before.

When you arrive, you can leave your keys with our valet service or park in our underground car park, which has space for around 450 vehicles.

The nearest metro station is World Trade Center metro station. You can purchase RTA card or daily metro pass everyday from any metro station. RTA card provides access to RTA busses, metro and the monorail. For those looking for public taxis or car services, you can download the Careem App to book various types of cars services.

If the “do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we will let you have your well-deserved privacy, with 25 reasons to choose from. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 2pm. If ever you want to be left in peace when you are back home, you can buy the door hanger at the shop in the lobby.

Adjust your room’s temperature easily with the thermostat and stay comfy from check-in to check-out.

Your hotel room is equipped with a UE Boom 3 or a Krefaunk Bluetooth speaker. Simply connect your Bluetooth enabled device to get boomed. And yes: don’t hesitate to take the speaker out, just bring it back to avoid a fee.

Forgotten your shopping bag or laptop case? No problem! Just use the canvasco bag in your room. Want to buy one for yourself? It is for sale down in the 25hours things shop.

If you’re looking forward to new freshly fluffy towels: leave them on the floor. To participate in our and the worlds effort to save the environment: leave them on the hooks/ hanger and we won’t replace them.

You love the feeling of freshly starched bed linen? We do too! Yet we try to avoid unnecessary washing cycles for our linens and the natures sake. We’ll exchange the linen every second day.

Perched on the 6th floor is the hotel‘s gym. The indoor area complete with everything from machines to free weights and exercise bikes. Relax and unwind afterwards in the Extra Hour Spa right next door.

Our Concierge team is always there to help you with booking any attraction in Dubai. They will guild you with selecting the places such as rides in the sand dunes, theme park tickets, entrance passes to special places and much more.

Bringing your pet? No problem. We allow dogs up to 12kg (26.5 lbs) and cats up to 5kg (11 lbs). There’s a one-time fee of AED 150, plus a AED 50 cleaning fee per night.
