During the Frankfurt Book Fair (15 – 19 October 2025), just in time for winter and the big festivities, Sarah and Jule stop by the 25hours Hotel The Trip to talk about the book Winter and its creation. This will be intertwined with numerous inspiring stories about how to be a great host and have an awesome time with guests.

Sarah and Jule invite us to their 300-year-old kitchen table, to celebrate and enjoy, to cook, and above all, to spend time together sharing beautiful stories, memories, and dishes. Good food and casual conviviality are just as important to them as fabulous guests, good conversations, and the right atmosphere where every guest feels at home. This book has everything you need for a wonderful winter full of celebrations with friends, from the right seating arrangements to small and large menus and the table setting.
