There’s no better way to welcome a brand-new year than with a slow morning, good food and a cosy place to settle in. On 1. January, we’re celebrating the first day of 2026 with a special New Year’s Brunch. Because if brunch sets the tone for the year ahead, we’re off to a very good start.

From 12pm to 3pm, we’ll serve a generous buffet paired with a set of fresh, made-to-order dishes designed to ease you gently into the new year. Expect favourites like avocado toast, green shakshuka, eggs benedict, and pancakes with mascarpone cream and tahini caramel, with vegan and vegetarian options available across the menu.

Hotel guests are invited to enjoy this New Year’s treat as part of their stay, while external guests are welcome to join the celebration too. Brunch is 295 DKK, or 395 DKK for those who prefer a tipsy start to the year with unlimited bubbles.
