1 General information about the sweepstakes:

The ‘25years birthday calender’ is a promotion by 25hours Hotel Company HafenCity GmbH. (organizer).

Participation in the sweepstakes of 25hours Hotel HafenCity is possible exclusively under the conditions of participation listed here and in compliance with the privacy policy described below. By participating in the sweepstake, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation and the data protection conditions.

The giveaway in cooperation with canvasco is organised by 25hours Hotel Company HafenCity GmbH and is neither affiliated with Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited nor in any way sponsored, supported or organised by Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited. Legal recourse is excluded. Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods.

2 Eligibility, participation requirements, campaign period:

The giveaway starts on 25 March 2026 6pm CET on Instagram. Any person who follows both accounts (@25hourshotels_hafencity & @canvasco.de) and leaves a comment on the giveaway post is eligible to participate. Participants under the age of 17 need the consent of their legal representatives.

The winner will be selected at random and will be notified by direct message on Instagram on 1 April 2026 by 25hours Hotel Company HafenCity GmbH. Legal recourse and cash redemption are excluded. Employees of 25hours Hotel Company HafenCity GmbH are excluded from the participation.

3 Other:

Participants who violate these conditions of participation or attempt to manipulate the vote can be excluded from participation in the competition, even retrospectively. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn or prizes already delivered may be reclaimed. In this case, the organizer will determine a new winner.

4 Possible winnings:

The following possible prizes can be obtained by the participant:

• One urban raket by canvasco, a one-night voucher for any 25hours Hotel incl. breakfast for two (except 25hours Hotel The Oddbird in Jakarta, 25hours Hotel The Olympipa in Sydney & 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai) plus a 25hours bath towel. No cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is permitted.

After notification through @25hourshotels_hamburg, the winner must report within 7 calendar days from notification the contact information (last name, first name, e-mail address) via a private message to the Instagram channel @25hourshotels_hamburg. All three wins will go to one winner and will be send to him/her via post.

5 Liability:

Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the sweepstakes are excluded – within the legally permissible scope – regardless of the legal grounds, unless the organizer or his representative/legal agent would have intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations or it is the liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health, which are based on a negligent breach of duty by the organizer or an intentional or negligent breach of duty of a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizer.

In addition, liability is not excluded for the violation of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper implementation of the competition, the violation of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the compliance of which the participant regularly relies.

6 Data protection:

The organizer as the responsible body shall ensure the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the sweepstakes on the basis of the European Data Protection Regulation or the Federal Data Protection Act and shall comply with the relevant legal provisions in this regard. The personal data will only be used to carry out the sweepstakes and within the framework of the sweepstakes (Art. 6 I b DSGVO). The winner’s personal data will only be published within the scope of the present consent and otherwise used to send the prize (principle of data economy). The provision of this data is mandatory, without providing this data, participation in the competition is not possible. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment, deletion, objection and complaint to the competent supervisory authority, as well as a right to restriction of processing and data transfer. Participants only have the right to object insofar as the processing of their personal data is based on the overriding legitimate interest of the organizer (Art. 6 I f DSGVO). Insofar as the processing is based on the consent of a participant, there is a right of revocation vis-à-vis the organizer, who will inform the submitting entity of this without delay, insofar as no personal participation of the person concerned is given. The stored personal data of the winners will be deleted after the termination of the sweepstakes.

8 Jurisdiction/Applicable Law:

In case of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. As far as legally permissible, the registered office of the organizer is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. Insofar as the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or moves his/her residence abroad after participation, the organizer’s registered office is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

9 Severability clause:

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or a loophole exists, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.
