This bar opens at 10.03pm sharp, neither before nor after. It’s a “speakeasy” bar where alcohol was sold illegally during the prohibition in the United States. It’s a small bar but it has a tradition of hosting burlesque and jazz shows. Stefano is the barman and he has a precise vision of the after dinner drink: quite alcoholic and not too sugary, like a Brainstorm or a Rusty Nail, even if he would prefer a smooth Bourbon.
