If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on your door, we’ll let you sleep in. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging outside your room at 2pm. If you ever want to be left in peace when you’re back at home, you can buy the door hanger in our 25hours things shop.

The system is used for both heating and cooling and is governed by the outside temperature. Air conditioning can be used if the air outside is over 20°C / heating can be used if it is under 20°C. If the room is still too warm at 20°C or less, please open the window. The room temperature will quickly feel more pleasant.

Der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher wartet auf seinen Einsatz. Einfach mit einem Bluetooth-fähigen Gerät verbinden und schon gibt’s was auf die Ohren. Ach ja: Der Bluetooth-Lautsprecher darf gerne als Begleiter mit in die Stadt genommen werden — solange sie bei Check-Out wieder im Zimmer steht.

Um ein anderes Zimmer anzurufen, einfach die dreistellige Zimmernummer wählen. Für ausgehende Gespräche muss eine 0 vorweg gewählt werden. Die aktuellen Kosten für eine Telefoneinheit können an der Rezeption in Erfahrung gebracht werden.

To ring another room, just dial a 1 and then the three-digit room number. For external calls, dial a 0 first, even before country codes.

In your room you can find the menu from the restaurant. Just place your order at BAR SHUKA by ringing 2280 and pick it up soon after. Fancy some Asian food or a kebab? No problem! The reception can recommend a delivery service in the area.

Fancy going shopping in the city, riding around the Bahnhofsviertel or having a picnic by the Main? The Schindelhauer bikes are perfect for a spin around the Main metropolis. Information about rental, different models and frame sizes, is available at the reception. We’ll also throw in a map with bike trails through the city. You can borrow a FREITAG / canvasco bag from your room, or ask for one at the reception, to put all your things in for the ride — as long as it’s back when it’s time to check-out. Bikes are hired out on a first come, first served basis.

A lifesaver can be found next to the reception on the ground floor. Forgotten your toothbrush? Looking for a souvenir? The 25hours things shop is open 25/7 and, along with local products, you can also buy our own shower gel, door hangers, cuddly toy animals and bed linen to take home with you. So off you go, browse away!

On our rooftop terrace you can find a Calisthenics course. If you don’t like an open-air workout, we recommend the FIT SEVENELEVEN Westend SÜD. 25hours hotel guests can use their fitness area for a discounted daily rate of EUR 10. Just ask at the reception beforehand and off you go.

Our rooftop terrace is located on the 6th floor with a Finnish sauna, outdoor and indoor showers, as well as a changing room. Don’t have slippers nor bathrobe? Our colleagues at the reception will happily prepare a sauna-bag. Entry to the rooftop terrace is possible with your room key-card. For all thirsty sauna guests, complimentary tea and water is available.

Our Studio54 on the 3rd floor offers a modern coworking space. Just bring your notebook and get started. Information about the rent is available at the reception. Next to our reception we offer a workspace available for work, printing, or just surfing the web — all free of charge! Forgot your own notebook? Depending on availability, you can borrow an iPad from the reception in exchange for a deposit.

High-speed internet is free of charge at 25hours. The registration screen should automatically pop up in your normal browser — just accept the terms and conditions and off you go. Get free mobile hotspot at the reception.

Einen Weckruf gibt es auf Wunsch. Einfach vor dem Einschlafen an der Rezeption Bescheid geben.

Your smartphone or tablet is out of battery and there is no time to charge it in your room? Rent a free-of-charge power bank at the reception, if available. First come, first served. Forgot your charger? We also offer a charging cable and adapter. Same goes: first come, first served.
