Every second Sunday, we team up with Lucky Punch for a guided sauna ritual at 25hours Hotel Indre By. Gusmester Elisha leads a sensory reset with rounds of steam infused with essential oils, deep breathing, aromatherapy and music to set the mood. Cold dips between the sessions bring body and mind back to life, before we wind down with snacks and drinks to refuel.

The experience starts right after the energising Lucky Punch Sunday class from 11am to 12pm, though the class is not included in the ticket. If you are only joining for Saunagus, please arrive in time to check in at Lucky Punch and get sauna-ready. We meet at the Studio at 12.15pm and begin the session at 12.30pm, finishing at 1.30pm.

Tickets are 150 DKK per person. Please bring your swimsuit, a towel and water to stay hydrated. Slippers are optional, but always nice.
