MOM JAM: Baby Carrier Dance Workshop
MOM JAM lands at 25hours Hotel Paper Island with a baby carrier dance workshop made for moms who want to move, connect and have a little fun together. On Sunday, 10. May, Hack Shack turns into a dance floor where rhythm meets cuddles and nobody has to choose between baby time and me time.
The session starts with a warm-up, followed by an easy choreography and space to let go. It is all about enjoying movement in a supportive setting, with breaks whenever you need them. Babies in babywearing age are welcome, and moms can join as soon as they feel ready to dance and carry after giving birth. The focus is on comfort, safety and doing what feels right for you and your little one.
You are encouraged to take it at your own pace and modify the moves if needed. If you are unsure about your carrier, it is always a good idea to check in with a babywearing consultant beforehand. During the workshop, some content may be filmed for social media, but babies’ faces will be blurred if shared.
