Kathrin has been in charge of Ennismore’s global people operations since March 2023. In this role, she works more intensively on creating holistic experiences for all Ennismore staff. She has been responsible for the 25hours employees since 2018. Together with her team, she fosters new talent as part of the application process, as well as during her daily work. She learnt the hotel trade from scratch in her native Austria. She deepened her knowledge in HR with a Masters and then spent 8 years as Head of HR at Vienna House before joining 25hours.
