Not everything worth putting in the diary requires a ticket. From 5 October, Tajima Australian Grainfed Wagyu meets COPA’s wood and charcoal grill with Fire & Wagyu.

Choose from Striploin MB-9, Picanha and Rump straight off the fire, or go less traditional with Wagyu anticuchos, tacos and tartare. Chef Matias Mardones brings it all together with COPA’s Latin American flavours.
