uncomplicated drinks that don’t require a shaker and are served
in frozen glasses. The creative mind behind the Cinchona Bar is
Jörg Meyer who is a Highball enthusiast and the inventor of the
Gin Basil Smash.

Reason enough for us to dedicate one evening a week to our signature drink Gin Basil Highball and its non-alcoholic friend.
Every Thursday is Grün Donnerstag in the Cinchona Bar – the perfect after-work occasion to enjoy our signature drink and start the little weekend to the beats of our DJ.
