By participating in the sweepstake, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation and the data protection conditions. The&nbsp;sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited. 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian&nbsp;reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for cause.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>2 Eligibility, participation requirements, campaign period:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any person who leaves a comment for the sweepstake&nbsp;of the organizer by 12pm CET on 31.12.2024 is eligible to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants before the age of 17 need the consent of their legal representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is required to comment on the giveaway post on Instagram by @25hourshotel_munich and @samova_official from 23.12.2024 and to follow both @25hourshotel_munich and @samova_official at the time of the drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each participant may only win once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal process is excluded. Employees of 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian are excluded from participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 Other:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants who violate these conditions of participation or attempt to manipulate the vote can be excluded from participation in the competition, even retrospectively. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn or prizes already delivered may be reclaimed. The winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram by 03.01.25 at the latest. The legal process is also excluded here. A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After notification through @25hourshotel_munich, the winner must report within 7 calendar days from notification the contact information (last name, first name, e-mail address) via a private message to the Instagram channel @25hourshotel_munich. If a winner does not report within this period or if he is excluded (cf. Clause 2, 3, 4), his prize will be forfeited without replacement and a new draw will be held to award this prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>5 Liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the sweepstakes are excluded &#8211; within the legally permissible scope &#8211; regardless of the legal grounds, unless the organizer or his representative\/legal agent would have intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations or it is the liability for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health, which are based on a negligent breach of duty by the organizer or an intentional or negligent breach of duty of a legal representative or vicarious agent of the organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, liability is not excluded for the violation of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper implementation of the competition, the violation of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the compliance of which the participant regularly relies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>6 Data protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organizer as the responsible body shall ensure the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the sweepstakes on the basis of the European Data Protection Regulation or the Federal Data Protection Act and shall comply with the relevant legal provisions in this regard. The personal data will only be used to carry out the sweepstakes and within the framework of the sweepstakes&nbsp;(Art. 6 I b DSGVO). The winner&#8217;s personal data will only be published within the scope of the present consent and otherwise used to send the prize (principle of data economy). The provision of this data is mandatory, without providing this data, participation in the competition is not possible. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment, deletion, objection and complaint to the competent supervisory authority, as well as a right to restriction of processing and data transfer. Participants only have the right to object insofar as the processing of their personal data is based on the overriding legitimate interest of the organizer (Art. 6 I f DSGVO).
