Er erstreckt sich vom Stadtzentrum nach Norden. Am Chinesischen Turm befindet sich auch der zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte Biergarten M\u00fcnchens mit 7000 Sitzpl\u00e4tzen. Die Eisbachwelle am s\u00fcdlichen Ende des Englischen Gartens ist die bekannteste stehende Welle in M\u00fcnchen. Surfer treffen sich hier das ganze Jahr \u00fcber, um auf der Welle zu reiten. Aber Achtung! Es sollten sich nur sehr erfahrene Surfer ins Wasser wagen.
