Das Caf\u00e9 Les Deux Gares, das ebenfalls von Luke Edward Hall dekoriert wurde, setzt die Geschichte des Hotels Les Deux Gares fort. Hinter der Bar steht Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Lesire, der Blechschmied. In der K\u00fcche ist Chefkoch Jonathan Schweizer (Institut Paul Bocuse) stolz auf seine einfache, aber anspruchsvolle K\u00fcche.
