Bouillon Chartier ist eine legend\u00e4re Brasserie, die in Paris keiner Vorstellung bedarf. Die Idee ist einfach: den G\u00e4sten eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Umgebung zu bieten, die dennoch erschwinglich und f\u00fcr alle zug\u00e4nglich ist. Der Charme des Bouillon ist bis heute erhalten geblieben. Das Essen ist einfach, traditionell und die Umgebung ist majest\u00e4tisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
