Hans professionelle karriere begyndte p\u00e5 det ber\u00f8mte Swiss Hotel Management School i Luzern. Efter flere stillinger i den schweiziske hotelbranche tog han hurtigt ansvar og opn\u00e5ede erfaring, is\u00e6r inden for mad og drikke (F&amp;B). F\u00f8r han beslutte sig for at blive en del af 25hours var han leder p\u00e5 det femstjernede Lifestyle Cervo Mountain Resort som Hotel &amp; Operations Manager. Lukas har haft mange forskellige jobs: kasseassistent i et supermarked, livredder, lagerassistent, skraldemand.
