Vores værelser er tilgængelige fra15h på ankomstdagen og ind til 12h på afrejsedagen. Hvis I har brug for mere tid til at sove i, kan der aftales en senere tid for tjek-ud i receptionen. Vi gør vores bedste alt efter, hvad der er til rådighed. Receptionen er bemandet 25 timer i døgnet.

Lufthavnstransfer
The Copenhagen airport is located about 8 km away. The journey takes about 25 minutes by taxi. With a bit of lead time, we are happy to order a car. The metro also only takes about 25 minutes and it’s not necessary to change trains. Take the metro line M2 from Christianshavn st. to the last stop. Make sure you´re going towards CPH Lufthavn.
Parkering
Parking on the street around hotel is prohibited. The hotel has 11 parking spots in the garage. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Offentlig transport
Tickets for public transit can be purchased at any train station. A little tip: The rejsekort apps makes buying tickets easier. You can connect your credit card or apple pay and use your phone to check in and check out in busses, metros and trains. The easiest way to public transport is either walking to Kongens Nytorv or Christianshavn in around 15 min or taking bus 2A from Arsenaløen.

Varme & ventilation
Temperaturen på værelset kan justeres individuelt. Betjeningsenheden er nem at bruge: har du alligevel brug for hjælp, står vores receptionsteam altid til rådighed.
Music
Kreafunk-højttaleren venter på at blive brugt. Opret blot forbindelse til en Bluetooth-aktiveret enhed, og få lyd i dine ører. Og ja: højttaleren kan tages med ud i byen som ledsager – så længe den er tilbage på værelset ved tjek-ud.
The bag in your room
Did you forget your shopping or laptop bag? No problem! Just take the FREITAG or canvasco bag in your room. Interested in buying it? You can find these and other models downstairs in the 25hours things shop.
Privacy
If the “Do not disturb” sign is hanging on the door, we’ll let you have a lie-in. Please note that your room will not be cleaned if the sign is still hanging on the outside of the door at 2pm. If ever you want to be left in peace when you’re back home, you can buy the door hanger at the 25hours things shop.
Telefon
For at ringe til at andet værelse skal du trykke 5 samt værelsets trecifrede nummer. For udgående opkald skal du trykke 0 foran, og der kan opkræves gebyrer. Vores kolleger i receptionen er behjælpelige ved evt. spørgsmål.
Mad og drikke på værelset
If you order takeaway food from the Tiger Lily restaurant to your room, you will receive a 12% pick-up discount. You can simply order by phone at Tiger Lily or order online and pick up your food a short time later in the restaurant on the ground floor. For more information, check out the in-room dining menu in your room. Hungry for pizza or Indian food? No problem. We can recommend a delivery service from the surrounding area at the reception.

Hvis vores madrasser er for hårde til dig, så spørg blot efter en blød topper i receptionen.Vi kan også hjælpe dig med allergivenligt sengetøj.

Tigerliljen stammer fra Asien og afspejler vores kulinariske essens, der blander spændende smage og rige traditioner. Ved vores borde, hvor Østen møder den nordiske ånd, fortæller hver ret en historie om elegance og varme.

Cykler
Om du skal shoppe i indre by, på tur på havnen eller på picnic i Kongens Have — på Schindelhauer-cyklen kan du se den danske hovedstad på en afslappet måde. Oplysninger om leje, forskellige modeller og stelstørrelser findes i receptionen. Her finder du også en byplan og cykelruter. På værelset finder du FREITAG- eller canvasco- tasker, så du nemt kan tage dine ejendele med. Cykler udlejes på en Først-til-mølle-princippet.

A lifesaver can be found on the ground floor next to the reception. Have you forgotten your socks? Or are you still looking for a gift that you can take home? The 25hours things shop is open 25/7 and offers local products as well as our shower gel, do-not-disturb door hangers, our mascot, the Cuddly Cod, the KREAFUNK Bluetooth speakers and the 25hours bed linen for sale. So off you go, browse away!

Jogging-hjørnet
Are you training for your next marathon, or just want to take a turn around the block? Every day from 6am – 12 pm, terry cloth towels, handy maps of the neighbourhood with various jogging routes and water are available near the reception. So, off you go!
Internet
Blazing-fast internet is free of charge at 25hours. Just select the „25hours loves you“ WiFi network and the log-in page should load in your browser. Just accept the terms of use and you’re good to go!
Vækning
Vækning er tilgængelig efter eget ønske. Giv blot receptionen besked, inden du går i seng.
Opladning
Er din smartphone eller tablet løbet tør for strøm og har du ikke tid til at oplade dem? I receptionen kan du låne gratis, mobile opladere og powerbanks.
Gavekort
25hours hotellerne byder både på take away og give away. Værdikuponerne i forskellige designs fås med enhver værdi og kan indløses på alle 25hours hoteller og tilhørende restauranter og barer. Bare spørg i kiosken eller i receptionen. Du kan også selv udskrive gavekort i onlineshoppen.
Paraply
Regn gør alting rent og i København regner det ofte. Foretrækker du at holde dig tør i dårligt vejr, kan du låne en paraply i receptionen. For DKK 200. kan du tilmed tage den med hjem.
Tøjvask
Clothing turned in at the reception before 9am will be returned clean to your room by 6pm on the same day. (except for Saturday, Sunday and holidays). Price lists and laundry bags are available at the reception. Need ironing board and iron? Just give us a shout-out.

Forhold dig venligst roligt i nødsituationer og følg hotelpersonalets anvisninger. Flugtruten findes på din hotelværelsesdør. Gå venligst direkte til samlingsstedet.
Københavnsk postevand
The tap water can be enjoyed without worry. You can use the drinking water fountain located around the reception on a winebarrel to refill your water bottles any time.
Rygning
Our hotel is a no-smoking zone. Anyone found to have been smoking in their room will be charged DKK 2000 for additional cleaning. We have a designated smoking area outside of nomad day bar.
