Freiraum 3 is equipped for up to 25 lateral thinkers. With its 70m² , ceilings above 7m, (nearly) floor to ceiling windows and also all the modern tech your ideas will really take flight. Our Esszimmer's kitchen even ensures your individual culinary needs.

Freiraum XL – synonymous with working in a lounge atmosphere. The 100m² Living Room can be connected to Freiraum 1 by collapsing a movable wall and can also be separated from the Eventbar with a further movable wall. On the one hand, your dream meeting setup and on the other, Living Room ambiance including lounge furniture, a small terrace, fireplace and jukebox.

Be it after work lounge, birthday party, chilled get together or big reception, the Living Room and the Eventbar are definitely a top location. And if the party gets too full, we can just push aside the movable wall and extend it to
Freiraum 1.

As an extension of Freiraum 1, the Living Room can also be used as a session room. On its lounge furniture, the Living Room has a capacity for 20 people, and as an extension of Freiraum 1, of up to 150 guests. The Living Room is situated right next to the Eventbar so there's no fear of being left high and dry.

Whether candle-lit dinner with your darling, a business luncheon with co-workers, or hanging on the terrace in the summer, in our dining room you'll find specialities on the menu from Hamburg to Sicily. The kitchen of the Esszimmer insures culinary treats for every occasion. The Esszimmer can seat 40 people and the terrace has an additional 20 spots.

When the weather's right, we relocate the recreation program to the rooftop on the 4^th floor. It's a Hamburg Summer Night's dream. Our tip: Grab a beer and head to a chaise lounge. A pleasant spot after heated discussions, or even during… But please save the beer for after work.
